Join us for our 4-part growth track series - CULTIVATE! This series is designed to help you get connected at Church on the Rock! It’s a great way to meet new people, get to know our church, learn more about yourself, and find a place to plug into ministry. And ultimately, we believe you will grow in your relationship with Jesus! Our hope is that as you complete these classes you will be prepared and equipped for a fruitful life of ministry in Christ and relationship with His church.

STARTING POINT
Unity as a family is something we believe is very valuable at Church on the Rock. Come and discover who we are, find out what we believe, what our vision and mission are and how we aim to accomplish them. This session will help us make sure we start out on the same page.

ESSENTIALS
In this second session, we will discuss what it means to grow in every way more and more like Christ. We will look at what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and discover some practical tools that will help us grow and mature as His followers.

DISCOVERY
In session three, we explore what the scriptures have to say about spiritual gifts and how we discover and operate in them. You will take a gift evaluation, as well as a DISC assessment to see how your uniquely designed personality and gifting can make a difference in the Kingdom.

TEAMworks
On this wrap-up session, you will hear about various ministry teams at COTR and how they function, as well as some practical training with our church community software. We would love to see you get connected and join a team, serving others by using your God-given gifts.
